We can cater for a range of events; from show-stopping on-site cooks serving our signature sharing platters banquet style, to arriving with the goods and letting you tuck in.

We can serve rustic meats with all of the trimmings or perhaps your event requires a slightly more elegant approach. One thing is for certain, you’ll be treating your guests to something completely different.

We love to cook our trademark BBQ menu but we also love getting creative with our clients to tailor make a menu that features everything you would like to serve up; we’ll make some tasty suggestions along the way.

We love spreading the word far and wide which is why we are always keen to pitch up and serve at larger public events.

The long cooking and resting processes which are key to what we do, mean we can serve on scale and without cooking and restocking delays.

We pride ourselves on authentic Texas-style cooking which often makes us a unique choice at any event. Plus, our style of hand-eaten, greasy-fingered eats makes us perfect for larger events.
